Physical passes
Unused portions of monthly passes may be paused once per billing cycle for documented travel or relocation when notice arrives before the renewal date. Refunds for partially used passes follow a pro-rata schedule printed on your receipt.
Digital goods
Downloadable guides and vault streams are treated as delivered once credentials activate. If credentials fail through a verified technical fault on our side, support extends access windows or issues replacement codes without additional charges.
Charge disputes
Email billing disputes within fourteen days of the statement date so records remain traceable. Provide transaction identifiers included on your payment confirmation.
Non-transferability
Passes and vault seats are issued to named purchasers unless a written transfer is approved by staff for documented gifting scenarios.
